Vice President, Commercial Banking
Michelle Haslinger grew up Parkersburg, West Virginia as the only child to proud parents, Gary and Christine. Michelle’s ambition and energy were evident from an early age as she involved herself in many activities including her church youth group, running track and field, cheerleading, and dancing on her high school drill team. To those who know Michelle now, it comes as no surprise that even at a young age there wasn’t a lot of down time in her schedule!!
Michelle attended the University of Kentucky, majoring in psychology. In 2002 she moved to Louisville Kentucky and “accidentally” became a banker. A family friend encouraged Michelle to pursue banking as a career. Initially Michelle laughed the idea off as math was not exactly her favorite subject. However, the seed had been planted and, as fate would have it, she soon found herself in an interview with PNC Bank. The psychology major who didn’t like math was hired as a personal banker shortly thereafter and her professional life began in a field she never really knew she was interested in.
Banking has turned from what started as an “accident” to a very rewarding career for Michelle. Since 2002, she has worked in multiple different capacities and various roles. Today Michelle is a Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager for Heartland Bank. Over the years she has won several, service, sales, and peer nominated awards. In 2020 and into 2021 she has been instrumental in the execution of the Payment Protection Program for Heartland Bank and her clients.
While there are many reasons Michelle loves her job and industry, she’s truly passionate about economic development in central Ohio and supporting women in business. Michelle’s dedication shows through her volunteer efforts and long standing board memberships with several local non-profits, specifically organizations that support women and women owned businesses such as NAWBO and WELD.
When Michelle is not working, she is a self-proclaimed “dance mom’ and “baseball mom.” She travels with her 13-year daughter for competitive dance and travels with her 9-year-old son for baseball. When Michelle is not traveling for her kids’ sports, you will find her working out, running, and attending as many sporting events and concerts she can get to.

His students maintain a consistent presence in area and national competitions throughout the year. Founder of TDT Financial™
Damon Dillard is first and foremost a believer. He is a husband, a father, a friend, business strategist, and life coach. He lives by the adage, “How you do ANYTHING is HOW you do EVERYTHING.” It references the very principles that assisted him along his journey to fulfillment, success, and the basis of his business and life coaching to date. Originally born in Cleveland, Ohio, he and his mother moved to Columbus when he was very young. As a graduate from Westerville South, he had the hobby of playing basketball. As many other young men around his age, he had “NBA Hoop Dreams” however, recognized early on, his talent was around speaking and business.
Growing up, he was raised in a single parent household where his mother would work two to three jobs at a time in order to care for his two younger sisters and himself. Although they had a roof over their head and the “necessities,” he always desired to care for his mother so that SHE would not have to work as hard.
After attending Capital University where he studied Financial Economics and Marketing, he was left to make a decision that would change his life forever. Having experienced success not only in the secular world, but also with the game he loved, he needed to make a hard decision about his future. He had to choose whether to pursue his DREAM to play basketball professionally OR pursue the DREAM and DESIRE to not only RETIRE and take care of his mother, but also provide the lifestyle that his newly established family, wife, and children truly deserved.
Damon states, “The quality of your life will always be in direct proportion to the QUALITY of the QUESTIONS you ask.” What questions are you asking?
Damon has four main questions he asked himself (We encourage you to ask the same):
“What am I good at?”
“What do I love?”
“What does the WORLD NEED?”
“How do I monetize this?”
Once he discovered the Life Insurance Industry, the answer to all of these questions became clear. It assisted him with the ability to FINANCIALLY SECURE his FAMILIES future, but also assist so many in doing the exact same. His OBSESSION is not only in assisting people REDISCOVERING their GIFTS, but helping them uncover the dream that they have had bottled up . He has created an opportunity that, and we quote, “gives them an unrecognizable life within 12-18 months.”
“I remember where I was four years ago mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially. I have committed my life to showing and providing people the TRUTH about HOW they can TRULY change their lives. Partnership with The Dream Team provides a platform for that purpose. I look forward to assisting you in the MANIFESTATION of YOUR DREAM!”
