What happens if the event is canceled due to COVID-19?
If you ordered your tickets online, we have you covered! No additional action is needed and you won’t need to reach out to us. Note, tickets will only be refunded to those people that paid for the event.
1. You will be notified that the event is canceled and asked to donate the amount of the ticket sale.
2. Your refund is automatically delivered to the same card used for purchase. This process will begin within 10 days of the scheduled event, September 18th, 2020.
3. Due to the unprecedented volume of cancellations, please note that you should expect to receive your refund as soon as possible, but it may take up to 30-60 days.
